1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement governing the use of all services provided through rbaje and the rbajenet.cam website ("Platform"). This agreement is made between the user ("you") and the entity operating rbaje ("we" or "rbaje").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our Platform.

rbaje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after revised Terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of those changes. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

To use rbaje services you must create a personal account. During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person, within the same household, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts may be suspended or cancelled and any pending bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

rbaje may request documents for identity verification at any time. Certain services may be restricted until verification is complete. Failure to respond to a verification request may delay withdrawal processing.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Eligibility and Age Restrictions

To use the rbaje platform you must meet the following conditions:

• You are operating the account on your own behalf, voluntarily, and for personal purposes.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at rbaje is ৳300. Users may fund their accounts via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). Deposits are only accepted from payment methods registered in your own name — depositing through a third party is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed subject to the wagering requirements of any applicable bonuses. Approved requests are generally sent within 1 hour. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.3 Payment Verification

rbaje reserves the right to verify an account before processing any withdrawal request. If suspicious activity is detected on a transaction, the relevant funds may be held and additional information may be requested.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on rbaje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

rbaje offers bonuses and promotions to users from time to time. The following general conditions apply to claiming these offers:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, making a total balance of ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000). The bonus is not a cash gift — to withdraw bonus winnings you must first wager the required amount.

5.2 Other Promotions

rbaje runs various promotions including weekly reload rewards, Friday deposit festivals, slot adventure bonuses, birthday special gifts, and a friend referral programme. Each promotion has its own terms, which are set out in detail on the relevant offer page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, coordinated betting, or using any other irregular method is prohibited. If rbaje detects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically cancelled.

6 Gameplay and Betting

6.1 Game Integrity

All games on rbaje are operated by third-party technology providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and unbiased. rbaje does not predetermine any game outcome.

6.2 Betting Limits

rbaje sets minimum and maximum bet limits for various games and events. These limits are clearly stated within the interface of each game.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game cannot be completed due to a technical error or interruption, rbaje will endeavour to refund the bet for the affected round. However, any abnormal winnings displayed as a result of a game software error may be voided by rbaje.

6.4 Sports Betting

In sports betting, odds are subject to change. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. Cancelling a bet after a match has started is generally not possible. If an event is abandoned or postponed indefinitely, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy.

7 User Conduct

By using the rbaje platform you agree not to do any of the following:

• Provide any fraudulent, false, or misleading information.
• Exploit any vulnerability or technical error in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Play games or place bets using bots, scripts, or automated systems.
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Use the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Use rbaje's name, logo, or trademarks without authorisation.

If any of the above conduct is detected, rbaje reserves the right to close the relevant account immediately and take legal action where necessary.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

• If it is confirmed that the age requirement has been violated.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.

If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, any bonus or winnings earned from a bonus may be forfeited. However, the right to recover legitimately deposited real money generally remains intact.

11 Limitation of Liability

rbaje provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. rbaje is not liable for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• System errors on the part of third-party game providers.
• Damages caused by problems with your device or software.
• Data theft resulting from unauthorized third-party access where the cause is user negligence.

12 Changes to Terms
